Officers say an undercover investigation revealed underage beer sales to Father Ryan and MBA high school students.

Amen Naguid and Wael Timothawes admitted their store is a public nuisance. They have agreed to give up and destroy $10,000 worth of beer police seized  from the store.

The judge told Naguid and Tomothawes the store can reopen once they pay court costs. A decision has not been made on whether they will face charges of selling alcohol to minors.
