Stream Fox 17 newscasts LIVE starting with Fox 17 This Morning at 5 am and News at 9 pm.

JOHANNESBURG - The focus of mourning for civil rights icon Nelson Mandela moves from Johannesburg to the tiny village where he was born. Hundreds of police officers and military troops are in the town of Qunu tonight preparing for the former President's funeral. Leaders from all over the world will be in Qunu for Mandela's burial on Sunday. The U.S. is sending a delegation but President Obama will not attend. South Africa's Deputy Cabinet Minister admits the sign language interpreter used at Nelson Mandela's memorial service was at best a mistake. Thamsanqa Jant Jie stood just feet from world leaders making nonsensical gestures. He has since admitted a history of mental problems and says he was having a schizophrenic episode during the service. An investigation is underway to determine what if any vetting was done for his security clearance.
