NYC on the Ban Wagon

NEW YORK (AP) -- E-smokers in New York City will have to head for the exits. The city council has voted to expand the city's indoor smoking ban to include electronic cigarettes. But the e-cigs are still highly addictive. Some anti-smoking activists say it isn't clear whether they are truly safe.

But plastic backers note the foam trays and cups are cheap, light weight and help to keep the contents hot.
