NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- A man is arrested for arson at an east Nashville business.

Jeffrey Keith is accused of setting fire to four vehicles and damaging the exterior of the Street Customs auto shop at the 1100 block of Straightway Avenue on December 13, according to Metro Police. Video apparently shows the 44-year-old in the area and leaving the fenced lot after the fire.

The business owners identified Keith in the video. They tell police that they have kicked him off the property several times after being found sleeping inside cars on the property.

Keith is being held in the Davidson County Jail on $25,000.
