Stream Fox 17 newscasts LIVE starting with Fox 17 This Morning at 5 am and News at 9 pm.

SPRINGFIELD, TN - It's approaching 10 years since the disappearance of Robertson County's Jennifer and Adrianna Wix.
And tonight, their missing persons case is being reclassified as a homicide.

The Robertson County Sheriff's Office along with the TBI have considered this a missing persons case but say new developments have surfaced, changing the investigation's focus.

We're told the sheriff's office has picked up additional information in the case just in the last several weeks.
They're hoping the new information combined with a reward will help them find the Wix girls and bring their bodies home.

It's been a decade of disappointment for Kathy Nale since her 21-year old daughter Jennifer and 2-year old granddaughter Adrianna disappeared in March 2004.

She's appeared on the Montel Williams Show, billboards have been raised and Nale has hosted annual balloon releases and vigils to mark the girls disappearance, never giving up hope for leads.

Now her efforts may bring some answers.

Sheriff Bill Holt says they're convinced there are people out there that know exactly what happened.

The two were last seen in Cross Plains by Jennifer's boyfriend.
Sheriff Holt says no one has been eliminated as a suspect in this case.
But he won't discuss further details about leads or possible suspects other than to say they need more information.

An increasing reward and a special hotline have been developed just for these tips.

The Wix family and friends continue to raise money to add to the 17-thousand dollar reward.

You can call the special hotline with information at (615) 478-5763.
