Remington College is offering free haircuts, manicures and pedicures.   It's a chance for their students to get some hands on training and for you to look and feel a little better for free.   The promotion runs through November.  They're asking you donate a can of food for Second Harvest when you come.

Don't forget about the Fiber Festival in Murfreesboro.  It's tomorrow and features Nashville's only yarn bus.  There  are only three of these in the country.
There will also be sheep shearing.  Your kids will love it.  It's at the Agri Park on John Rice Boulevard in the Boro.

This is a really cool one.  On the second Friday of each month, the Dyer Observatory is open for you and your family for free.  You can look through the telescopes and there are astronomers there to answer your questions.
