NASHVILLE-There are at least two confirmed cases of the flu in the mid-state and if predictions are correct the Thanksgiving holiday could cause what experts are calling "a flu bloom". Doctors say visiting with your friends and family during the holidays puts you at increased risk for getting the flu. Pregnant women, children, the elderly, and those who are already sick are most at risk. Doctors say it's too soon to tell whether or not we're in for better or worse this year. Doctors did say however, they'll have a better idea of what we're in for after the holiday.
