Freeze Warning, Cumberland Plateau Advisory

Winter-like conditions will be possible for middle Tennessee this weekend. A freeze warning is in effect for Friday and Saturday night. Temperatures will drop to around the freezing mark in Nashville and upper 20s outside the metro area. Saturday night will be even colder with temperatures dropping as low as the mid-20s outside the metro. Breezy NW winds will add to the chill. In addition to the cold, rain showers along the Cumberland Plateau will change over to light snow overnight.

Williamson County House Fire Rekindles

FRANKLIN, Tenn. -- A fire that destroyed a house in Williamson County has rekindled.

A neighbor called in seeing flames after 5 a.m. Thursday morning. The fire department is on the scene.

The Williamson County Sheriff's Department says the original fire at the house at 2210 Oakwood Drive, just outside Franklin, occurred at 7 p.m. Wednesday. The fire department cleared off of it at 10:30 p.m.

There are no injuries reported. The home is destroyed.

The wind likely sparked the fire back up, according to the fire department.
