NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Metro Police arrest a 29-year-old for child pornography.

Josiah Wilson is in Davidson County Jail on $25,000 bond for sexual exploitation of a minor after an investigation into the exchange of child pornography by individuals on the internet led back to his address, according to the police affidavit. Several files were downloaded by police from Wilson of nude, sexual images with minor females.

Files with girls as young as 5-7 years old, according to the police report. Some girls were completely nude and some wore women's lingerie. Some girls were also engaged in sex acts.

Police issued a subpoena on Comcast Cable on Sept. 17 and 18 after additional partial downloads of similar files of sexual nature were also made from Wilson's suspect IP address. A judicial subpoena was obtained and executed on Comcast Cable/Internet Services.
