Vanderbilt University Rape Investigation: Miles Joseph Finley surrenders to Police, Released

NASHVILLE, Tn.-- A California man indicted for his connection to theVanderbilt University rape case turned himself in to police today. 

Miles Joseph Finley, surrendered at Metro Police headquarters on the charge of evidence tampering. He was later released on ten thousand dollars bond. Finley and co-defendant Joseph Quinzio each are friends of former Vanderbilt tight end Brandon Vandenburg, who is a defendant accused of the on-campus rape.

Quinzio is also accused of tampering with evidence pertaining to the investigation. He is still navigating the "legalities" of the California extradition process according to police.
