NASHVILLE, Tn.-- A Grand Jury has accused TDOT dispatcher Michael Taylor of stealing fuel cards from wrecked or disabled city vehicles and using them for his own personal gain.

Taylor volunteered with the Office of Emergency Management, where he is believed to have gained knowledge of the lot where he allegedly stole the fuel cards.

It's estimated Taylor stole $8,000 worth of fuel over the course of several years. A crime which went largely undetected until recently.
