Sleeping in Separate Beds

New in your health news this morning, a study out of Toronto says sleeping in separate beds may lead to a better relationship.

Some couples have mixed emotions about the idea or are embarrased to admit they do it.  Marriage counselors say that may be because they're confusing sleeping together with intimacy.

Doctors say snoring, sleep apea, opposite work schedules can disrupt your sleep.

Dr.  Bruce Kline says what's important is not the sleeping arrangement, it's the work you put into your relationship during the time you're awake.  Do you take the time to connect and take positive steps to improve communication?

If you are having sleep trouble with your partner.. you might want to talk to your doctor. Sleep experts also say try remove electronics from your bedroom, including tv's and computers. Turn off your cell phones and create a dark, quiet sleep environment
