Jennifer Waddell feels like shes coming home. The Virginia native has spent the past 8 years in Tucson, Arizona as a main anchor and reporter for KGUN9-TV. She is thrilled to be close to her family in Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina and Pennsylvania.
A career spanning 16 years started with Fox 21-27 in Roanoke, Virginia where Jennifer worked as a producer, reporter and anchor. Shes honored to have covered stories that have made a difference in her communities. From reporting on high-profile murder cases to illegal immigration, border security, the January 8th shooting, and interviewing Arizona leaders such as Governor Jan Brewer and Senator John McCain, Jennifer is honored to have been trusted to bring viewers the news that matters. Her commitment has earned her an Emmy nomination and three Edward R. Murrow Awards.
Jennifer has been active in the communities where shes lived serving on numerous boards and volunteering for organizations such as the Boys and Girls Clubs, Reading Seed, Rotary and MDA.
