High pressure is slowly building into the Mid-South. This along with drier air will continue to improve our weather through the Memorial Day weekend. Expect to see nice, dry and slightly cooler weather through Saturday. Sunday through the remainder of the forecast, a south wind will help slowly warm our temperatures into the mid 80s. At this moment, there are no great chances for showers or thunderstorms in this forecast.THURSDAY NIGHT: Partly cloudy and cool with lows dropping into the upper 40s and lower 50s.
FRIDAY: Incredible! Sunny and cool with highs in the upper 60s and lower 70s.
SATURDAY: Mostly sunny and warm with highs topping out in the mid 70s.
SUNDAY: Partly cloudy and warmer with highs topping out in the upper 70s and lower 80s.
MEMORIAL DAY MONDAY: Expect a mixture of clouds and sun with temperatures warming into the mid 80s. There will be a warm front to the north and that will give us a 20% chance of thunderstorms during the afternoon.
