9 A.M. UPDATE: Lenora Adriana Parchman has been located. She was unharmed and at a nearby home on the street. Police are continuing the investigation.
A nine-year old girl, Lenora Adriana Parchman, is reported missing from the 100 block of Edmondson Ferry Road out of Clarksville this morning. The family discovered the child was missing around 5 a.m. this morning. The child was last seen around 8 p.m. on Sunday when the child went to bed. Parchman is a black female, 9 years old, about 45. She was last seen wearing a red t-shirt with "University Landings" written on it with a logo and blue fleece pajama bottoms with kitten prints and is believed to not have any shoes on. Police say foul play is not suspected. Anyone who sees the child is asked to call 911 or the TIPSLINE, 931-645-8477.

State officials to hold seat belt campaign event

SPRINGFIELD, Tenn. (AP) -- The Governor's Highway Safety Office plans to announce its "Click It or Ticket" campaign on Friday.
The event is scheduled to take place at 1 p.m. at the Robertson County Courthouse in Springfield.
Nationally, statistics show seat belt use increased significantly in 2012 as compared to 2011 among drivers, right-front passengers and backseat occupants.
However, officials say more than 400 of Tennessee's crash fatalities last year involved unrestrained drivers or passengers.
The Governor's Highway Safety Office urges all motorists to buckle up.
