Our Nashville girl Kree is one of the 5 that made it Wednesday night, but one other country favorite did not. Brandy Hotard did a great job singing Travis Tritt. The judges said she had great vocals but all agree that she had no emotional connection to the song. Nicki said it was too pageant like. Brandy did not advance on to the top 10 girls.
17 year old Adriana from Alaska advanced on to the top 10 girls. She is the first person from Alaska to make it this far on the show. She sang "Ain't No Way" by Aretha Franklin. The judges said she had great emotion and commanded the stage.
Last but not least, Tenna Tores. She sang a Natasha Bedingfield song. Keith said he didn't know the song, but liked it. Overall, Tenna got great remarks from all the judges. Mariah said the song was a great choice. Nicki said she had great control and Randy called her one of the stars of the night.
Thursday night we get to hear from 10 of the 20 guys left in the competition. Same format - 5 will stay and 5 will go.
