A man is in jail on Christmas for DUI after his vehicle rolled down an Antioch street with his seven-year-old inside, then hit a wall.
The crash happened at Crossings Place and Hickory Hollow Parkway early Tuesday morning. According to reports obtained by FOX 17 News, police immediately noticed the odor of alcohol coming from 35-year-old Antonio Eduardo when they responded to the scene.
Eduardo, who claimed he had two beers, told police that he ran out of gas and left his daughter inside while he went to get gas, but forgot to place the vehicle in park. The vehicle rolled down Hickory Hollow Parkway and struck a concrete wall.
The child was not injured.
Eduardo is in the Davidson County Jail on $8,500 bond for charges of DUI and child abuse.

Tenn. Powerball ticket worth $1 million

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- A Powerball ticket sold in Tennessee barely missed winning a share of an estimated $590.5 million prize. But the ticket has a nice consolation prize worth $1 million.
Officials say the Powerball ticket worth $1 million was sold in Chattanooga.
There's no word yet on who won.
A Powerball ticket sold at a supermarket in Zephyrhills, Fla., matched all six numbers selected Saturday night for the estimated $590.5 million prize. It's the highest Powerball jackpot in history.
The winning numbers were 10, 13, 14, 22 and 52, with a Powerball of 11.
