Fairview Police on the scene of an active meth lab in the 7200 block of Grammer Drive. Police say they found an infant inside the home. Right now they have blocked off part of the neighborhood.
Hazmat crews are at the house decontaminating the home and investigators have at least two people in custody. The meth lab was actually discovered during a traffic stop early Tuesday morning.
Fairview police pulled a man over and realized he was in a rolling meth lab, which means he was making meth out of his car. That investigation led them back to the home on Grammer Drive where they found another active meth lab with the baby and other adults in the home.
Workers from the Department of Children and Family Services are on the way to the home.

Houston brother will be his own attorney in court

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- A Roane County man will face federal gun violation charges next month without an attorney.
The Knoxville News Sentinel (http://bit.ly/17VlXpM ) reported Rocky Joe Houston will represent himself on a charge of possession of a gun by a felon.
The charge came after Houston earlier represented himself in state court on charges stemming from a police chase. He was convicted of evading arrest and reckless endangerment.
Houston and his brother, Leon Houston, were tried, but not convicted, in the 2006 shooting deaths of a Roane County deputy and his ride-along companion.
In federal court, Rocky Joe Houston is claiming the officer who charged him with the felony had no legal authority.
