2. Stay away from coffee six hours before you go to bed, unless you want to watch Fox 17 News at 9 and Fox 17 Morning News without getting any sleep in between!
3. Decaf does have caffeine in it. It's not much, but it's in there so don't be fooled.
4. Don't let coffee sit in the pot after you've made it. Pour it into a thermos for the best flavor.
5.Grinding your coffee is best, but if you can't, then store it in an air-tight glass or ceramic container and don't put your coffee in the freezer, you will lose flavor.
