Police Chase Crosses Two Counties
Two men are in custody after leading Wilson County deputies on a two county chase.
Officers say the pursuit started in Wilson County and continued into Davidson County shortly after 1 a.m. Friday.
Deputies following the car from Wilson called off the chase after it entered Hermitage. Officials in Hermitage spotted the car stopped in a neighborhood after it developed mechanical problems.
Wilson County deputies were notified and the suspects were picked up. Officers say they found a handgun in the vehicle.
There's no word on what prompted the chase.
