Suspects Sought In Home Invasion
Metro police are searching for three suspects involved in a home invasion in Madison.
The incident happened around midnight Monday at a home on Lanier Drive.
Metro police Captain Michele Donegan said three men knocked on the door of a home and asked a man inside to use the phone. When the man said no, the suspects forced themselves inside.
The suspects made the man and another occupant get on the floor. The suspects took three handguns, money, and other property from the home. The suspects fled on foot.
No one was hurt during the incident.
Donegan described the three suspects as two white males and one black male.
All are between 5 feet 10 inches tall and 6 feet, between 20 and 30-years-old.
Two of the suspects were carrying a handguns.
