Payam Zanjanipour

This week's fugitive is an alleged rapist with ties to both Nashville and Hendersonville.

All the victims statements say the same thing. They were drinking on the houseboat and by the time they got to their second drink, they felt very, very highly intoxicated.

All of them stated the amount of intoxication they felt for the amount of alcohol they drank was not normal. And they all felt like they had been drugged.

Payam Zanjanipour's boat is tied up at this private dock on old hickory lake in Hendersonville. Around the boat dock people know Zanjanipour as Mario. They say he has the largest houseboat at the dock. People also say the party was always at Mario's.

Fellow boat owners say it was common to see young women coming and going from the giant boat. And the TBI can't help but wonder if there is more to this story.
