Roymontez Markece Mayberry

TBI says Roymontez Markece Mayberry is a convicted sex offender who didn't learn his lesson.

"Kristin Helm: He is accused in this instance of repeatedly raping a woman along with another accomplice."

Police say Mayberry picked up the victim in December of 2007 and offered to take her home.
Instead, the woman says Mayberry and his friend took her into two different alleys and raped her.
She thinks the assaults occurred in the 12th Avenue and Edgehill area of Nashville.

"Scott Couch: Mayberry is also known to frequent the 17th Avenue North area not far from Fisk University. Among his tattoos is a series across his forearms that reads 17th, which investigators say may indicate some type of gang affiliation."

Mayberry has done hard time and seems to embrace the gang lifestyle.
Tattoos across his knuckles spell out "Thug Life."
Mayberry has a series of other tattoos including a "J" between his eyes.
He has two tears at the corner of his right eye and the letters "S" and "R" on the left side.

"Kristin Helm: Also written around his neck, he has a dotted line and cut here. He has "Jo Jo" tattooed on his body on his stomach and on his neck a couple of times."

Mayberry's last known address is this halfway house on South Graycroft in Madison.
Police say he's been known to stay with relatives on Seymour Avenue in east Nashville.
Roymontez Mayberry was born in 1985.
