Glee Stars-Stacy McCloud

It's one of FOX's hottest new shows.

Members of the Glee cast say the show is clearly striking a chord with viewers.

It's all a freshman show could ask for- good ratings, critical praise and hit songs on iTunes!

Other than Jane Lynch, the cast is relatively unknown.

But for two of its stars, the song and dance act is a perfect fit.

Lea Michele says, "I hope that you know kids watching this show will get that message and run with it."

Playing a gifted but confused senior, actress Lea Michele can relate to the show's message.

Lea says, "It really just says to love who you are, be proud of who you are, and what this glee club does for these students is it allows the voice inside of them to come out."

Singing a duet with Tony nominee and Emmy winner Kristen Chenoweth was a career highlight.

But Matthew Morrison still has dreams of another song.

Matthew says, "I want to do a cold play song, I actually want to do Vida La Vida, I'd love to do that song, that's kind of my next um pitch to them."

And although Lynch plays the Glee hating cheerleading coach, Matthew does get her out on the dance floor.

Matthew says, "She moved me like a schoolgirl, cause uh I'm a I'm a trained dancer, and she you know couldn't do a lot of the flips and stuff, so I ended up doing the girls part essentially. So she was doing the stuff and I was doing flips, and she was flipping me around. So it's a hilarious number."
