WZTV FOX 17 - Tennessee Mornings
This Monday marks the 12-year anniversary of the disappearance of Bethany Markowski. Bethany has been missing since March 4, 2001 and there is still no information on her whereabouts twelve years later.
Bethany was 11 when she was last seen by her father shopping alone at the Old Hickory Mall in Jackson. Despite billboard campaigns and the use of age progression photos, the search is still on for Bethany.
Bethany's mother wants to make sure she isn't forgotten. A candlelight vigil will be held Monday night at 6:30 at the Mundy Park in Mt. Juliet. The TBI is still investigating Markowski's disappearance.
