TBI's Most Wanted

The tattoo on his back of a smoking gun and the words "Know I Mean Business" is all the warning most of us would need to steer clear of Stanley Springer, Jr. Springer's arrest record dates back to 1993 and consists of mostly drugs and violence. The TBI says Springer has run afoul of the law again.
