In July, Cooper was charged with breaking into the Village Daycare on Highway 79 outside Clarksville. All the kids were gone but the break-in made an impression.
Cooper pleaded guilty and started serving his time but he wasn't in jail for long. He was just a couple of weeks into his year-long sentence here at the Montgomery County Workhouse in Clarksville when he walked off a work detail and disappeared.
