In September, 2007, they responded to a Domestic Assault. When police arrived on the scene, they made contact with the victim’s mother. She stated her daughter had an order protection against Mack and that he had kidnapped her grandchildren. The police later made contact with the victim; she told them that she was in fear for her life and Mack had been following and harassing her. Keir Mack was later arrested.
On November 5, 2007 he plead guilty to Aggravated Burglary and received three years in the Tennessee Department of Corrections.
Keir D. Mack was arrested again on September 24, 2011 for Domestic Assault that occurred at 308 January Street in Murfreesboro and was released on bond. According to reports, Mack returned to the same address three days later, and entered her apartment using a key.
The victim told police he broke several items, started to choke her, and striking her in the head. Police say they observed visible injuries to the neck and face. Mack’s prior history shows he has been known to carry a weapon.
