Metro police are clearing the scene in the 100 block of
White Bridge Rd in West Nashville. They were called there after a
manager for Direct Insurance saw a man with a long gun in the parking
lot. The manager believed the man was a client who they have had trouble
with in the past. Police thought he might have went inside the
business. A special response team checked it out, but found no one
inside. The incident forced Tennessee State Technology Center, which is
nearby, to cancel evening classes..
