Mindy McCready's family has planned a private funeral service to be held Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at Crossroads Church in Fort Myers, Florida. Burial arrangements have not yet been finalized by the family. The memorial, being organized by her friends, peers and music community, is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, March 6 at the Cathedral of The Incarnation in Nashville, Tennessee. Mindy McCready died of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. Deputies discovered her body on the front porch of her home in Heber Springs, Arkansas last Sunday. It's the same home where her boyfriend David Wilson was found dead just over a month before. McCready was 37 years old.
