WZTV FOX17 :: Nashville Well Represented at The Grammys
LOS ANGELES, California - From the second The Grammy's went live, Nashville was the center of attention. Taylor Swift, who picked up a Grammy herself, opened the show, then for the next three hours many familiar faces followed.

Kelly Clarkson picked up a Grammy for "Song of the Year" for her smash hit "Stronger". She also presented and performed.

Miranda Lambert and Dierks Bentley put on quite the show for fans.  The Grammy nominees mashed up two of their hits "Over You" and "Home".

Zac Brown Band won the Grammy for "Country Album of the Year"
and was part of a star studded tribute.

Country newcomer and Grammy nominee Hunter Hayes got a few seconds in the spotlight, singing and introducing his tour mate Carrie Underwood. The American Idol superstar added a Grammy to her collection for her performance of "Blown Away". But her dress seemed to steal spotlight. Thanks to video technology called - video mapping - her dress changed themes and colors throughout her performance of "Blown Away" and "Two Black Cadillacs"

Country music wasn't the only way music city was represented. Rhianna sang her new single "Stay" and on stage with her was Mikky Ekko - the Nashvillian that wrote the song and duets on the track.

Wearing Nashville designer Manuel - nominee Jack White also took the stage and lending her vocals in the duet was another Nashvillian, Ruby Amanfu.

Last, but not least, The Black Keys! They showed the world why we are proud they live in our city and even mentioned Nashville in their acceptance speech. They swept the rock categories, taking home the gold for "Best Rock Album", "Best Rock Song" and "Best Rock Performance".
