Finally, if you want to adopt a cat, you can get it spayed or neutered for free during the month of September. Tiny Town Animal Clinic and the Montgomery County Animal Control are joining forces to do the surgeries for free. The hope is by waiving the spay and neuter fee, more people will be willing to adopt cats.
