Don't forget about that midweek 'pick me up' at the Nashville Public Library downtown. There are only a few weeks left of the courtyard concerts. This Tuesday, this band, The Steeldrivers, are performing from 11:45 until 1pm. The library is on Church Street in the heart of Music City.

If you're headed to the Titans game Sunday, don't forget to enjoy the free concert afterwards at Cumberland Park. The Travelin' McCoury's and friends start playing at 4:30.

Finally, if you want to adopt a cat, you can get it spayed or neutered for free during the month of September. Tiny Town Animal Clinic and the Montgomery County Animal Control are joining forces to do the surgeries for free. The hope is by waiving the spay and neuter fee, more people will be willing to adopt cats.
