Mark your calendars now for Saturday, July 28. It's National Dance Day, brought to you by the FOX show "So You Think You Can Dance". The Nashville Ballet is dance central with FREE choreography and dance classes from the hit show. Dancers will be teaching ballet, hip hop, zumba and more.
Remember that theme song? The Pink Panther's in town. Well, actually, it's the Williamson County Community Band playing "The Pink Panther" and other favorites FREE tomorrow night at Aspen Grove Park in Franklin. The concert in the park starts at 6:30pm.
St. Thomas Health has an African American Breast Outreach Program, which provides FREE mammograms to qualifying African American women. You have to be uninsured and over age 40 to qualify. Call 615.222.1900 to schedule an appointment.
FREE fitness classes are open to the public tomorrow at McCable and Coleman Community Centers in Nashville. Everything from boot camp, water aerobics to yoga. Metro Parks is sponsoring the FREE classes.
