An MTSU student teacher is now being treated for possible Meningitis not related to the fungal outbreak. The student worked at Rockvale Middle School as part of his coursework. The Health Department has not confirmed he has the infection, just similar symptoms. He last worked with kids October 11 and got sick October 14. No children have shown symptoms.
