The TBI, FBI, Decatur County Sheriff and District Attorney presented evidence to a Special Grand Jury Wednesday in connection to the missing nursing student. Holly Bobo's brother told police he last saw her in the woods near their home on April 13, 2011, about 15 miles from Zachary Adams' house in Holladay. Investigators collected evidence from several locations, including Adams' property over the weekend. After a 2 hour deliberation behind closed doors, the jury indicted the 29 year old for Especially Aggravated Kidnapping and Felony First Degree Murder.Investigators won't say what evidence they presented to the jury, or release any information about Holly Bobo's remains.
