Yellow SUV sought in deadly north Nashville hit-and-run
NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- A vehicle is sought in connection to a deadly hit-and-run in north Nashville.
A yellow SUV is caught on surveillance camera leaving the area of West Trinity Lane near Brick Church Pike just after 4:30 a.m. on Saturday prior to hitting a pedestrian, according to Metro Nashville police. The victim, identified as 58-year-old Sherry Cameron of Estill Springs, died from her injuries at Skyline Medical Center.
Cameron is thought to have been walking outside the crosswalk while crossing W. Trinity Ln. when hit by the yellow SUV with black rims, say police.
