Three Dead After Storms Hit Northern Alabama, others injured
JACKSON COUNTY, AL (ABC 3340)--- Three people have died during storms in Rosalie - a small populated area in Jackson County.
Jackson County Coroner, John Jordan, tells ABC 33/40 three people lost their lives - two females and one male.
Numerous other people are injured.
They were hurt along Highway 71 near Rosalie Plaza.
According to our sister station, WAAY TV, Chief Deputy Rocky Harnen with the Jackson County Sheriff's Office said there are a couple of miles of damage along Highway 71. Harnen said trees and power lines are down and 15 to 20 structures are damaged.
Deputies are going door to door checking on residents.
