Armed robbers steal guns from Cash America Pawn in W. Nashville

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Two suspected armed robbery suspects are apprehended in west Nashville this morning after guns are stolen from a business.

Metro police responded to 51st and Delaware avenues just before 11 a.m. on Saturday where they tracked and arrested two suspects who reportedly were involved in a gun robbery of the Cash American Pawn at the 5500 block of Charlotte Avenue just before 10:30 a.m.

K9 captured one of the suspects. The second suspect was caught shortly before 11:30 a.m.

One of the suspects is a juvenile, according to police.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives says they are working with Metro police on this case and are conducting an inventory to find out how many firearms were stolen.

Police are reviewing surveillance video.
