Police: Nashville man found inhaling air duster, 75 cans found in car
NASHVILLE, Tenn.--A 34-year-old Nashville man was arrested for unlawful use of drug paraphernalia after 75 cans of air duster were found in his vehicle.
According to the Metro Nashville Police arrest affidavit for Alexander Kurth, officers say they observed him inhaling fumes while in a vehicle in front of the Buffalo Wild Wings in Hermitage.
Police say Kurth was drooling on himself, incoherent, unable to answer questions, and unsteady on his feet when exiting the car.
Inside the car, police found 75 mostly used cans of air duster. Police believe he was using the canned air to get inebriated.
Kurth was charged with unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and inhaling or possessing to inhale fumes, glue, or gasses.
