Plane out of Tennessee crashes in Georgia, four killed
CHATSWORTH, Ga. -- A plane that reportedly took off from Tennessee crashes in northwest Georgia.
A Piper PA-23 crashed at around 4:45 p.m. in Murray County, Ga., near the Tennessee border, on Saturday afternoon, according to the Federal Aviation Administration.
FOX 17 sister station, WTVC in Chattanooga, who went to the scene, reports that all four people aboard the plane were killed and that the plane came out of Tennessee.
The FAA is investigating and the National Transportation Safety Board will determine the cause of the accident.
