Man, woman charged with 3-month-old baby's death in Dickson County
DICKSON COUNTY, Tenn. —
The Dickson County Sheriff's Office said a White Bluff man and woman are facing charges on Tuesday in connection to the death of a 3-month-old baby.
Rachel Earps and Curtis Hall are accused of the infant's death while the baby was in their care on February 8, 2017.
Earps is the child's mother, but Hall is not the biological father. Officers had previously identified Hall as the father, but have since corrected that information.
The DCSO arrested Earps and Hall in April on charges of reckless homicide and two counts of aggravated child abuse/neglect.
Hall is set to appear in court on May 15. Earps was held on a $100,000 bond and set to appear in court on June 25.
The DCSO did not give any additional details about the child's death.
