National emergency declaration for opioid crisis "could save thousands of lives"
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) —
President Donald Trump has officially declared the opioid crisis a national emergency.
Addiction Campuses' Brian Sullivan said this will do more to provide more access to overdose reversal drugs like Naloxone and fund more treatment programs.
“If it’s used right, this could end up saving thousands of lives,” Sullivan said.
