NASHVILLE, Tenn.--Metro Nashville Police were forced to arrest a man on the rooftop of Tootsie's after he pulled a Spider-man last Saturday night.

According to the arrest affidavit for George Legakes, police received a call Legakes was climbing the front of Broadway bar after he had been told to leave.

Police say Legakes, who already had a trespass waiver on file for Tootsie's, climbed onto a mounted heater, breaking off two light fixtures. He then pulled wiring from the building and tried to throw them to the ground where police and pedestrians looked on.

Police say the fixtures were connected by live wiring when being pulled. Legakes then climbed to the second story ledge and walked along the ledge, breaking the artificial grass and pigeon deterrent.

Police met Legakes on the rooftop where they took him into custody. He was arrested for vandalism, reckless endangerment, disorderly conduct, and trespassing. Police say he caused over $500 in damages.
