Man injured after road rage shooting in Bellevue
BELLEVUE, Tenn. —
A man is injured following a shooting that stemmed from road rage at the intersection of Highway 100 and Old Hickory Boulevard on Monday around 9:45 p.m.
According to police, the victim was rear ended by a gray Honda Accord, got out of the car, and got into a physical altercation with the suspect. The suspect then opened fire, striking the victim in the abdomen.
The suspect fled the scene in the Honda.
The victim was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
