Franklin Police arrest Lewisburg man for armed road rage incident
FRANKLIN, Tenn.--Franklin Police say a 49-year-old Lewisburg man has been charged with aggravated assault after threatening another driver with a gun during a road rage incident.
Police say Eric Geiling pulled behind a motorcycle on Saturday which had stopped on the shoulder of I-65 South. Geiling exited his car holding a gun and approached the motorcyclist, threatening to kill him over the way the victim was operating the motorcycle.
Police say Geiling left the scene but was later found and arrested. He is being charged with aggravated assault and was released from jail on $9,000 bond.
