Clarksville Police search for robber who walked out empty handed

NASHVILLE, Tenn.--Clarksville Police are asking for the public's assistance identifying a man who tried to rob a local business but ran out empty handed.

Police say the white male entered the store on Wednesday wearing a red plaid shirt and black t-shirt covering his head. He demanded money and after he was denied, ran out of the store. No weapon was shown.

The man fled the Ft. Campbell Blvd. business in a flat black pickup truck, possibly a 90s model Chevy Silverado extended cab driven by another individual.
