NASHVILLE, TENN.-- Judge Monte Watkins has ruled on several issues following last week's hearing in the Vanderbilt rape case involving former tight end Brandon Vandenburg.

Judge Watkins has ruled documents involving the victim are to remain sealed along with her personal information. Judge Watkins also ruled former Vandenburg attorney David King will not be subpoenaed to testify.

Rulings on a dismissal of the case and request for a new prosecutor still remain. Vandenburg and three other former Commodore players are expected to stand trial August 11th.
