NASHVILLE, Tenn.--Former Vanderbilt football player Brandon Vandenburg has pointed the finger at his former teammate Cory Batey during police investigations and media interviews.
Those harsh claims now have Batey's attorney Worrick Robinson speaking out. During an Exclusive Interview with FOX 17 News today, Robinson, the allegations Vandenburg has made against his client are 100% inaccurate and there is no video or photo evidence to support such claims. If these claims continue to be leaked, Robinson says it could be every man for himself leading up to the trial.

But Robinson isn't the only one speaking out. District Attorney Tom Thurman believes defense attorneys are trying to manipulate the story and leaks are undermining the case.
