Two men have been arrested in connection to the Holly Bobo murder case, according to a Tennessee Bureau of Investigation official.
Mark Pearcy (pictured above) and Jeffrey Pearcy have been charged with tampering with evidence and accessory after the fact, said TBI Public Information Officer Josh DeVine in an email confirming the arrests.
DeVine declined to provide further information.
"Out of respect for the judicial process, we cannot speak to the particular possible pieces of evidence in this case," he wrote. "We continue our work to follow the leads wherever they might lead. We won't stop until we find a sense of justice and closure for the family and friends of Holly Bobo."
According to the arrest affidavit, Jeffrey Pearcy is accused of showing a visual recording, of something that would be beneficial to law enforcement in the case, to an unidentified individual. Law enforcement also believes he knows where that recording can be found.
