Nashville, TN - More arrests in the Holly Bobo kidnapping and murder case.
Two brothers from Henderson County are behind bars right now.
This comes from leads followed by the TBI which are said to involve video evidence.
Mark lynn Pearcy and his brother Jeffrey are the most recent to be pegged in the disappearance and murder of nursing student Holly Bobo from her Decatur County home three years ago.
Jeffrey's attorney Olin Baker says in a phone interview that he believes there is no evidence that his client is involved.
The TBI tells Fox 17 that both are charged with Tampering with Evidence and Accessory After the Fact, but wouldn't speak to the "pieces" of evidence in this case.
Baker claims there is nothing substantial in the warrant.
But that's not keeping family and friends of Holly Bobo from believing otherwise.
Officers arrested the brothers May 29th.
Jeffery Pearcy is scheduled to be in Henderson County Court tomorrow morning.
